Food only has the power you give it is so true but most people don’t realize that. That is really awesome to realize we can change the food association and take our power back by what we do. Sheri you mentioned our cravings are tied to our experiences and that blew me away, but realized as I went back over my life I found this concept to be so true. You gave these principles and I tried them and it really worked.
1. bit, chew, swallow, wait
2. get the craving over with
I really enjoyed listening and interacting with what you suggested. Learning my own personal story has to do with what I eat rather than thinking being addicted to the food and the fact that I can change this behavior by using the concept you have spoken about on this podcast I have really been giving some powerful info. Keep doing what your doing it does help.
