  1. I love the idea of using the Donate Your Weight Affirmations cards as a portable “Beneficial Billboard”. You can use them while waiting for an appointment, standing in line, or the first thing in the AM. You can randomly select a card, read the affirmation side, flip it over and then sit for a few moments and meditate on the image–bringing all your senses and positive emotions–as a point of focusing your thoughts and setting an intention for the day.
