Exercise – Make It Fun and It Will Become a Habit

Sheri Zampelli hooping on the Roy Anthony showToday I was listening to 50′s on 5 on XM/Sirius Radio and the Hula Hoop Song by Georgia Gibbs came on. I never remember hearing it even though I was practically raised listening to 50′s music and hula hooping.

However, as soon as I heard it, I thought of how much I love to Hula Hoop and how even though it’s technically “exercise”, it’s so much fun that it seems more like playing.

Just wanted to have the video here for a happy reminder of a fun way to be fit and have fun. Like the song says, “Anyone can play from 3 to 110!” The more ways you can make exercise fun instead of a chore, the more likely you’ll be to make it a habit. Happy Hooping.
