“Sustainability” and weight loss and weight maintenance go hand-in-hand for me–as well as creating a sustainable happy, healthy life. What does sustainability and lifestyle change mean to you?
I think sustainability and the idea of creating habits go hand in hand. The goal is to take small steps in the direction of your desire until the new behavior or attitude becomes automatic. Any seeming “failure” is only feedback that you can use to help you with future decisions. Drastic, overnight change is rarely maintained.
